Ad Monetization Manager

Vanguard Gaming studios is looking for an Ad Monetization Manager to work with their current and future mobile games. You will be responsible for advertising revenue growth and in-game ads monetization

Your mission:

  • build and maintain relationships with our advertising partners
  • operate, analyze and monitor in-game advertising campaigns across all games within our portfolio
  • constantly re-evaluate, anticipate and identify problems and troubleshoot issues
  • keep track of revenue and other significant KPIs
  • to maximize revenue while balancing the game’s economy, target audience and retention
  • work with Production to optimize advertising across games and platforms
  • analyze the market and keep informed of best practices, implement them and improve
  • Negotiating deals to constantly optimize Ad revenue generated through ad network partners
  • Create new business relationships with ad network partners
  • Benchmark/Evaluate Ad networks to be used based on monetization potential, integration constraints.             
  • Consistently play our games and competitor games to discover new ad revenue growth opportunities


  • 2 years in ads revenue optimization/ad network relationship management for a media/gaming company
  • Experience managing, growing and optimizing VideoAds & Offer Wall campaigns through iOS and Android platform
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven account management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to compile and analyze performance data and metrics
  • Passion for results, consistent track record of exceeding targets
  • Proactive in understanding the technical flows
  • Excellent English language and communication skills

Game Designer

We are looking for a Game Designer designing game features and balancing a complex in-game economy. We offer you the chance to join our international cross-functional team.

  • Question, analyze and improve the games balancing
  • Be up-to-date on new trends and practices in the games industry, especially on mobile games

  • Minimum 3 years of experience and a proven track record in designing free-to-play games

  • Understanding of the importance of well-documented designs and technical features
  • Ability to communicate clearly to the team and support them whenever they have questions
